I loved the unbeatable location near the city's main attractions. The room was modern and spacious, with comfortable blackout blinds. I also found the onsite dining very convenient after a long journey. It made for a restful start to my vacation.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the Shibuya Scramble and Shibuya Station. I could easily access shopping and dining. The staff was cute and offered great service. The hotel is modern with bright and lovely designs. The rooms are comfortable.
The fitness room was quite small and lacked some equipment, making it difficult to get a full workout in.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of it All
unbeatable location shopping areas blackout blind
The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to shopping areas and restaurants. My room had a wonderful view of mt fuji (i could even see it from my bed!). The blackout blinds were very effective, this helped me a lot with jetlag.
The taxi access was a little challenging. It was sometimes difficult to get a taxi to stop directly at the entrance. I had to walk a short distance to find a convenient pick-up point (which was not ideal with luggage).

the hotel's location is fantastic , close to the shibuya scramble and station. the breakfast at the onsite restaurant was really good , offering a diverse range. i found the staff friendly , especially those who spoke english fluently. the room design was modern and the cleanliness was evident throughout.
the fitness room felt a little small and lacked a variety of equipment.

FANTASTIC stay!
really good staff relaxing bar comfortable beds
The staff was Really good!!! They provided fantastic service and were always very friendly. The team was helpful and smiley. The outside bar area was spacious and relaxing, perfect after sightseeing. The rooms had fun decor, comfortable beds, and great pillows. I found the shower to be very nice. It felt light and airy.
The breakfast was repetitive. The menu could change more regularly. This would really enhance the experience staying multiple nights.
